WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnosis is a natural state you experience in your everyday life; such as when you arrive at a destination unaware of the drive that brought you there or when you daydream. In hypnotherapy, we can use this relaxed state to make positive transformative changes. EVERYONE can be hypnotized, yes everyone, no exceptions. Entering hypnosis is also an ability that can be improved upon.

Feel free to adjust, move, speak, or express yourself at any time. This is your hypnosis experience and you can even open your eyes if you want to bring yourself out of hypnosis.

 

During your hypnotherapy session it may feel like you are being asked to do something, rather these questions are opportunities for you to allow things to take place. Hypnosis is your natural state of relaxation where we can direct away or bypass feelings, beliefs, and attitudes of the subconscious mind to give attention to what we want in the best conditions to change. Your subconscious mind is your power center for effective lasting impactful change. 

 

Your hypnosis experience is unique to you. Trust whatever comes. The more your mind and body are acquainted with the hypnotherapy process the more you will take away from each hypnosis session. And still, each time may feel different.
