What is health and wellness coaching?

I offer 1:1 online coaching for people who are tired of knowing what "they should do" and not sticking with it. Here we are focused on the fundamentals and building sustainable consistency.

I support clients who are beginning lifestyle habit change as well as those who want help sustaining changes over time. This includes accountability, clarity, and practical support that fits real life.

My coaching is strength-based, supportive, and honest. I know when to encourage, when to challenge, and when to slow things down. Clients often say they feel both held and pushed in this work.

This is ongoing, practical support rather than a short-term program. The focus isn’t perfection or constant motivation, but building follow-through you can sustain.

Many people begin and return to this work during periods of transition, health challenges, burnout, or reset, when they want steady support to get back on track.

Coaching is offered 1:1 online in a private practice format. Sessions are available weekly or biweekly on a month-to-month basis. This work is designed to support both the start of habit change and/or the maintenance of healthy routines over time.
