How to work with me

I work with clients through 1:1 online lifestyle coaching in a private practice format. This is ongoing, practical lifestyle coaching focused on physical and mental wellness, accountability, and follow-through. We work with movement, nutrition, mindset, and structure in a realistic way. There’s no program to complete — it’s support while you build a life you can maintain

This work is best suited for people who:

  • know what they want to work on but struggle with consistency

  • want accountability without shame or pressure

  • are open to both encouragement and honest challenge

  • are willing to engage with the basics of physical and mental wellness

Our work focuses on:

  • realistic movement and physical care

  • mental and emotional awareness

  • mindfulness and attention

  • structure that supports follow-through

  • goal setting and revision 

There is no fixed program.

The timeline is based on your needs and progress. Some clients work with me for a few months during a new beginning, reset, or transition. Others return periodically or stay longer-term for ongoing support and accountability.
